SHIATSU is a Traditional Japanese form of healing which combines both Eastern and Western treatment practice.
Shiastu focuses on pressure points, reduces tension and re-energizes the body.
THAI massage is Traditional Thai land form of healing which combines compression, acupressure, and passive stretching.
Thai massage increase the range of motion in your joints and muscles.
Oil massage is very gentle technique where you skin blood circulation, deep relaxes the body and calms the mind you.
It will adjust the autonomic nervous system and improve your mental and physical conditions.
Every culture develops ways to maintain and improve one's health. I respect all approaches which support our HEALTH.
While my main influence in massage treatment is based in SHIATSU which is dry massage. I have studied Thai massage, Jikiden Reiki and Ayurvedic as well. I can borrow from these other skill sets if it is beneficial to my clients needs.
